Reply: admin sit first/ warn, kick if they continue, then temp ban if they get out of hand, perm ban if they come back and continue after temp ban.

Reply:I would speak to the higher rank and see their view of the situation. In the end the final decision goes towards the highest rank.
2. What would you do if someone is continuously causing disruptions?
Reply: call them to an admin sit. Kick them if that does not work. Temp ban them if they continue.
3. What would you do if you got into an argument with a higher ranking staff member and they began to push you around using the physics gun?
Reply:First of all I wouldn't argue with my elders, but if such happened I would re evaluate the argument. If I still think they are in the wrong, then speak to someone who is higher rank then them to resolve the situation peacefully.

Reply: Have been kicked/temp banned from dark rp server. My friends is friends with the owner, we have gotten each other temp banned for small things such as breaking nlr accidentally. Nothing to serious and I haven't broken any rules recently now that I know all of them.
Finally, why do you want to become a moderator for Rave Gaming
I have brought a bunch of friends to this server, we are probably the main population who play on the darkp #2. I want to continue to improve the server by bringing more people and being able to control them and keep them within the rules. I don't want new people to join a huge rdm fest, causing them to leave immediatly. If I was a moderator I would be able to control any people breaking the rules, help the rave gaming community grow and hopefully make a better gaming environment.
