So I think your answers need a little work and you need to say which server you are applying to become staff not just as a moderator. You need to apply for a referral on the forums

I don't think you would be a good admin/mod, you don't really demonstrate a full understanding of the rules on the darkrp server (just assuming thats the server your applying for)
