We Must Work On Our Communication

Hey guys,

Hope everything is going well for you. As you all know, I've been without a computer lately but I'm still regularly checking the forums. I will have a computer SOON, so no worries, in case any of you missed me (loljk, have some humor). I'm still regularly active on the TS server (And I have the steam app on my phone) if any of you need to communicate with me about a problem within the server.

Now here's what I need to talk to everyone about: Communication. We are very,VERY bad about communicating with each other and it's leaving many of us confused. If you are promoting someone, you need to tell us. However, since a lot of us are not being told, it is now required that TWO head admins approve all applications.

Another thing we are not communicating with each other on is our problems with other staff members. If you have a problem with another staff member, please take to the forums to fill out a report sheet and notify the proper admin/owner above you. Unless it is a problem that requires immediate action, do not do anything without speaking to someone else first. That being said, if you do have to take immediate action, do the next thing and IMMEDIATELY report it to Walrus, myself, Diplo, Spooder, or Monzo. It is expected that the owners of our servers be made aware of what is going on and that the people that are ABOVE you be told as to why someone is being demoted. For example, if someone below me came to me about a problem, I would handle it by contacting the owner about how I handled the situation if it required immediate action because I'm a head admin.

Please, please, PLEASE communicate your problems so that we can handle them properly. Never hesitate to contact me or any other admins about a problem.

Another problem we have is LISTENING to each other. If you are being told to do something or to knock it off, KNOCK IT OFF. I should NOT have to go to an equal power or higher to get someone to listen to me. No one should have to do that, so please, if your higher up is telling you to do something that pertains to the well-being of our servers, etc., then listen. If you have a problem with what is being said to you, contact Diplo.

Communication is key, and we're going to crumble if we stop talking to each other. Be friendly, stop getting mad so easily, remember to smile. It is, after all, just video games that are a lifestyle to some people so remember to try to be as calm and collected as you can be. Don't get "butt-hurt" too easily, and be fair.

No. There is not only one head admin active. Do not get smart with me. I'm still available to read apps and be there for interviews. Walrus is on and he's above you. Anal is on and is above you. We are all people that can be the second person to OK an application so do NOT tell me that you're the only active one because that is a lie. This rule was put in place due to people being promoted without our knowledge. It's the rule and that is that. If communication was better, it wouldn't be necessary to have made it a rule. Thank you.

You said head admin your ranks are not head admin, I am not getting smart with you I am saying I am the only active HEAD ADMIN, your ranks are closer to SA

Technically we ARE head admins, even if we have a different rank that also puts us above, therefore I shouldn't have to specify because its easier than explaining the different ranks of people. You knew exactly what I meant when I posted it. Thank you.

I actually did not because my rank is specifically defined as head admin your rank is not so when you say head admin I automatically think me and Hunna.
